Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to lead EHS programs, analyse performance data, and ensure compliance with MOM and NEA requirements.

You will conduct audits and investigations, maintain EHS documentation, train stakeholders, and drive continual improvement, including ISO 14001/45001 and bizSAFE standards, with night shifts and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with MOM and ECO with NEA.
• Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with LTA project exposure.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and bizSAFE.
• Willing to work night shifts and occasional public holidays.
• Strong communication and proactive approach to process improvement.

Requirements

• Registered WSHO with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with prior experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects.
• Good knowledge of EHS management systems and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and bizSAFE.
• Willing to work night shifts and occasionally on public holidays.
• Strong communication and written skills, with initiative and a proactive approach to process improvement.
