Our client is a well-known Logistics MNC.

They are looking for:

  • WSH Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance & Certification
  • Lead and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across all sites.

  • Safety Case Lead for 2 sites: manage Major Hazard Installation (MHI) certifications, audits, and renewals.

  • Oversee environmental regulatory compliance under WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, and other relevant regulations.

  • Support external audits and maintain valid HSE certifications.

2. HSE Program Management
  • Assess, implement, and continuously improve HSE programs across the group of companies.

  • Standardize HSE processes and procedures across all facilities.

  • Maintain emergency response plans (CERT audits, fire drills, emergency training, etc.).

3. Risk Management & Safety Implementation
  • Advise on Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and work plans.

  • Implement and monitor workplace safety measures as per WSH Act requirements.

  • Conduct regular inspections and propose improvements.

  • Identify hazards and eliminate risks in operational areas proactively.

4. Incident Management
  • Lead and support incident investigations including root cause analysis and approval of preventive actions.

  • Ensure all incident records and safety documentation are updated and maintained.

5. Safety Leadership & Training
  • Provide HSE leadership, training, and support to operational teams.

  • Conduct and promote workplace safety training sessions.

  • Integrate safety practices into daily operations and ensure staff work in a safe environment.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on safety-related matters.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on safety policies and ensure compliance.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree: more than 5 years’ of related work experience, with at least 4 year in supervisory / management capacity

  • Diploma: more than 7 years

  • Being WSHO certified and registered with MOM is a must. FSM Certificate is good to have
