Job Description:
- To ensure workplace safety and health standards are effectively implemented and maintained at Changi Airport work sites.
- To support operations, maintenance, and construction teams in complying with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, airport-specific safety requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines at the worksite to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of WSH Policies and safe work procedures at site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at site.
- Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
- Participate in incident investigations and assist in preparing reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Participate in safety coordination meetings with project stakeholders, contractors, and airport authorities.
- Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings, site inductions, and safety briefings for all personnel and subcontractors.
- Support incident/accident investigations and report findings with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Maintain WSH documentation, including training records, inspection checklists, permit-to-work logs, and incident reports.
- Monitor the use of PPE and proper adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

- Liaise with contractors, workers, and government authorities (e.g., MOM) on WSH matters.
- Support emergency response planning and participate in emergency drills.
- May require working on weekends or shifts, depending on project needs.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by Management.
- Primarily site-based at Changi Airport and able to travel from site to site, if required.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
- Must be a registered WSH Coordinator with MOM (Singapore, if applicable).
- At least 5 years of PM working experience.
- Experience working in high-security or regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale projects or with multinational teams.
- Good understanding of Singapore WSH Act, airport safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, observation, and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with incident reporting tools is a plus.
