Sing Tec Construction Pte. Ltd. seeks a WSH Coordinator with a Lifting Supervisor cert to oversee workplace safety across sites. You will ensure WSH Act compliance, educate workers, and maintain the safety governance framework.

You will supervise lifting activities, drive RM and incident investigations, and coordinate documentation for audits. ISO 14001/45001 familiarity is essential and multiple site deployment is possible.

Qualifications

• Candidates must understand the WSH Act and regulations.
• Experience in construction safety management and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Certifications in lifting supervision and related safety modules are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and ensure compliance with the WSH Act and regulations.
• Educate workers on SWP and risk controls.
• Implement RM procedures including hazard identification and risk control.
• Establish and maintain the WSH management framework.
• Supervise lifting activities.
• Prepare WSH documentation and reports.
• Site inspections and permit-to-work verification.
• Lead incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate across multiple sites as required.
