Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety across construction sites in Singapore. The role ensures compliance with WSH and environmental regulations, supports investigations, and leads safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Advance WSH certification required.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in building and construction.
• Proactive with interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• HDB BTO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with WSH, Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements.
• Follow up on site walk inspection findings and assist in incident investigations.
• Conduct daily safety checklists and weekly toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with site personnel to improve worksite safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure supervisors and workers adhere to approved safe work procedures.
• Assist WSH Officer in organizing Safety Committee meetings and safety reports.
• Maintain safety records and conduct daily site safety inspections.
• Supervise workers to ensure MOM regulations are followed.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
