Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a senior stress testing professional to lead enterprise stress testing for the WRB segment in Singapore. You will engage with product heads and the CRO team to review results and advise on the impact of stress scenarios across credit portfolios.

The role requires 10+ years in banking, a numerate degree, and strong communication skills for senior management discussions. Knowledge of IFRS 9, Basel IRB, and regulatory frameworks will be valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Banking industry experience.
• Degree in a numerate discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics or financial engineering).
• CFA, FRM and PRM will be considered favourably.
• Understand complex interactions between economic factors and financial results.
• Strong communication with senior management and cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support WRB on Enterprise Stress Testing and scenario analysis.
• Engage Product Heads and CRO team to review stress results and advise on product impact.
• Drive projections on EAD, PD, LGD, ECL and RWA.
• Socialise results with stakeholders through reviews and committee forums.
• Support data providers on data quality and model life-cycle activities.
