Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced stress testing professional within Group FP&A to evaluate capital adequacy and liquidity under severe scenarios for the SCB Singapore entity.

The role involves coordinating with Product Heads and the CRO team, driving EAD/PD/LGD/ECL/RWA projections, and ensuring robust governance and data quality across stress testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Banking with stress testing experience.
• Knowledge of ICAAP, IWST, Recovery Plan Stress Test and Pillar 1 Stress tests.
• Understanding of IFRS 9, Basel IRB and regulatory stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Support WRB on Enterprise Stress Testing and scenario analysis.
• Engage with CRO and Product Heads to review results and advise on stress impact.
• Drive projections for EAD, PD, LGD, ECL, RWA; socialise findings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate data quality and support model lifecycle activities.
