Job summary

forte employment services pte. ltd. seeks a Workstream Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation within Wealth Ÿ banking.

You will own end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams, manage plans, milestones and governance, and partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams in a regulated financial services environment. The role requires 5+ years of PM/PMO experience in banking, with strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analysis or PMO within the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Exposure to legal entity migration, business transformation, operational change or regulatory projects.
• Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure change requests follow established governance processes.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers and governance records.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and collaboration.
