The role involves maintaining, repairing, and overhauling heavy diesel and electric vehicles while ensuring high workmanship standards. Candidates should have NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology, and those with 2-3 years of experience in the automotive service industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the automotive repair industry is required.
• Class 3 & 4 Driving License preferred.
• No experience candidates are welcome for certain positions.

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on heavy vehicles.
• Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems.
• Complete work orders for each vehicle serviced.

Job description

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel, commercial and electric & hybrid vehicle), ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshops service standards and according to job order.
• Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology
  
• 2-3 years experiences in automotive repair and service industry
• Able to read and understand electrical schematic diagram.
• Able to diagnose and repair electrical issue on commercial vehicle, ECU repairing , programing , remapping and component repairing.
• Able to use and troubleshoot electrical/ technical issue with diagnostic tool.
• Able to understand the functionality of the electrical components.
• Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM, basic (1.7k - 2.5k) + OT (200 - 1k) + 14 AL + VB (3 months)
• 1 backfill headcount (preferably with Class 3 & 4 Driving License), Tuas, pick up from Crescent MRT
• 2 new headcounts, Senoko Rd, pick up from Admiralty MRT
• 2 new headcounts, Tuas, pick up from Crescent MRT (no experience is welcome)
• May need to conduct test while apply (for experience candidate)
