Job description

  • Working Hours :
    Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm, Alt Sat 8.30am - 11.30am

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Workshop Manager / Executive in organising workflow through bodyshop and to optimize available resources to achieve labour sales as well as achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the quality of work carried out.
  • Responsible to ensure good quality check of vehicles.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of spray painters workshop time recording.
  • Responsible for on-the-job training of spray painters.
  • Responsible to communicate and supporting with MCA on repair related matters.
  • Responsible to ensure sufficient paint inventory for daily operation needs.
  • Responsible for the use, maintenance and proper condition of tools and workshop facilities spray booths, paint mixing room etc.
  • Responsible for safety, good order and tidiness in the workshop and the discipline of staff under his care.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in automotive workshop or related environment.
  • Experience in supervisory role in spray painting would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge about insurance claims processes / procedures.
  • Skillful in preparation and spray painting of vehicles.
  • Knowledge about bodywork operation, body and paintwork, component parts of motor vehicle.
  • Able to operate computer software GDMS, MS Word/Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Possess class 3 driving licence.
