WEI CAR SPRAY PAINTING PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced workshop coordinator to organize daily tasks, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth workshop operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will guide workers on effective techniques, perform putty applications, masking, sanding, and polishing; prepare vehicles for spray painting; remove and refit parts; maintain tools; and uphold clean, safe housekeeping standards to deliver high-quality spray finishes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange daily work tasks independently to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Guide workers in applying effective techniques to improve work efficiency and quality
• Perform putty application and removal of parts to prepare vehicles for spray painting
• Mask vehicle areas accurately to protect surfaces during painting
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding down surfaces, applying putty, and polishing after painting
• Remove and refix vehicle parts as needed to facilitate thorough painting coverage
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition to support consistent quality work
• Deliver high-quality spray painting work following established guidelines
• Maintain clean and safe housekeeping standards in the workshop at all times
