An automotive service company in Singapore is seeking an individual for daily office operations, including invoicing, supplier coordination, and general clerical tasks.   • Attending daily clerical and admin support.
  • Answering phone calls, manage correspondence and handle enquires.
  • Assist Tech Executive in tracking customers’ bookings schedule and coordinating appointments.
  • Assist accounts payable tasks checking delivery invoices and customers billing.
  • Prepare payment for approval and liaise with Suppliers when necessary.
  • Ad-hoc duties related to Workshop Office operation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised environment.

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
