Job description

Responsibilities

• Respond to resource requests to handle urgent or earlier appointments from the contact centre.
• Re-assign specific jobs between own technicians (OT) or service partners (SP) before system cut-off.
• Re-assign jobs to OT & SP due to last-minute medical leave & unforeseen field situations.
• Ensure readiness of next-day job assignments and print tour cards for each OT/SP.
• Report daily jobs assigned for OT/SP.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping.
• Prepare incoming appliances for display or scrapping.
• Lead B-goods scrapping and perform full cycle count of appliances.
• Support appliance refurbishment.
• Attend urgent service repairs when needed.
• Provide installation and maintenance of home appliances.
• Troubleshoot and maintain appliances at customer sites.
• Handle payments collection and closeout for service jobs.
• Conduct on-site sales of services, appliances, and maintenance products.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with repair of home appliances or similar commercial appliances.
