Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the enforcement of workplace safety and health standards and initiatives in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
2. Assist WSHO in managing Site Safety by monitoring and ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety and health practices on site.
3. Conduct daily safety inspections for safe working on site.
4. Coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correction of any unsafe practices on site.
5. Responsible for the preparation and submission of safety reports.
6. Conduct safety induction courses for all site personnel when required.
7. Coordinate daily toolbox meetings and maintain records.
8. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by WSHO.

Requirements

1. Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in LTA Projects.
3. Experience in LTA Projects valued at more than SGD 200 million.
4. Chinese-speaking to liaise with subcontractors.
