Job summary

Une entreprise de construction recherche un WSHO pour superviser la conformité aux réglementations de sécurité et d'environnement sur les chantiers. Le candidat devra avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans des projets de construction, être certifié WSHO et ECO, et posséder de solides compétences en leadership et communication. Les responsabilités incluent l'implémentation des politiques de sécurité, la conduite d'inspections régulières, et l'organisation de formations de sécurité.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans des projets de construction.
• Connaissance approfondie de la loi WSH de Singapour et des directives de l'NEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Workplace Safety & Health (WSHO) Duties:

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments in compliance with WSH regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings to identify and rectify unsafe practices or conditions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (MOM, BCA, etc.) and ensure timely submission of safety reports and documentation.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize safety trainings and ensure workers are adequately briefed before task commencement.

Environmental Control (ECO) Duties:

• Ensure environmental control measures are in place and compliant with NEA and PUB guidelines.
• Conduct routine checks to prevent mosquito breeding, noise pollution, dust control, and proper waste disposal.
• Maintain and submit environmental control reports and records as required.
• Liaise with NEA and other relevant agencies on site inspections or audits.
• Promote environmental awareness and good housekeeping practices on site.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered WSHO with MOM and ECO with NEA.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Experience in LTA projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act, NEA guidelines, and construction site best practices.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in report writing and using Microsoft Office.
