PROSKILL WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer to oversee safety compliance at a construction site in the West of Singapore.

The position is a full-time, 1-year renewable contract with commencement in mid-October 2026, located in West Singapore and requiring 5.5 working days per week. You will coordinate with main contractors and authorities, conduct audits, investigate incidents and promote a proactive safety culture while ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a WSH Officer.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Must be MOM-registered WSHO.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Independent and able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Identify hazards, assess risks and contractor controls.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and authorities.
• Conduct site safety audits and inspections; ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor safety findings and ensure timely closures.
• Assist WSH Manager with investigations, reports and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and infection prevention measures.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training and awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer to oversee workplace safety and health compliance at a construction site in West.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential workplace hazards, assess risks and evaluate the effectiveness of contractors' risk control measures.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities on workplace safety matters.
• Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections, identify safety violations and ensure timely corrective actions by contractors.
• Monitor and follow up on safety inspection findings to ensure compliance and timely closure.
• Assist the WSH Manager in investigating workplace incidents, preparing reports and recommending preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable workplace health, safety and infection prevention measures.
• Promote a positive safety culture through safety awareness, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a WSH Officer.
• Candidates with experience in the construction industry will have an added advantage.
• Must be a MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments and construction site safety practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines and report effectively to the WSH Manager.
