Job Description

• Advise on facility, process, and equipment design for safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage permits, licenses, and chemical approvals with Singapore authorities.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance across R&D sites and manufacturing plants.
• Maintain and improve EHS programs, including inspections, training, and waste management.
• Develop and enforce EHS SOPs and site Emergency Response Plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, LOTO/machine audits, and incident investigations.
• Track and report EHS metrics; implement global EHS guidance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Well-versed in Singapore and Asia regional safety and environmental regulations, as well as corporate EHS policies and compliance standards.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in an Operation and/or EHS capacity in a large-scale manufacturing operation or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
• Diploma in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
