- Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
- Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
- Function as the Site EHS Assessor in verifying hazardous works.
- Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors.
- Ensure Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures are briefed to workers and sub-contractors.
- Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
- Prepare monthly WSH reports, including Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and Permit to Work submissions, in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
- Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with the EHS Management System and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain and monitor EHS records and checklists.
- Participate in and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Investigate and report all WSH incidents and near misses.
- Conduct WSH and related training sessions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
Requirements- WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with Refresher Course
- WAH Assessor Certificate
- Risk Management Course
- Responsible with a good attitude
- A team player capable of working independently
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction
