• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Function as the Site EHS Assessor in verifying hazardous works.
• Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors.
• Ensure Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures are briefed to workers and sub-contractors.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, including Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and Permit to Work submissions, in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with the EHS Management System and applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records and checklists.
• Participate in and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Investigate and report all WSH incidents and near misses.
• Conduct WSH and related training sessions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
