Job summary

Talentsis Pte Ltd is seeking a Registered WSHO to lead EHS initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on driving performance, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance with MOM and NEA requirements.

The successful candidate will conduct audits, prepare reports, maintain EHS documentation, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement. You will perform statutory duties as a Registered WSHO with MOM and ECO responsibilities, with flexibility for night shifts and occasional public

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with Singapore’s MOM and ECO with NEA.
• Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with prior LTA project exposure.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems and standards including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, bizSAFE.
• Willing to work night shifts and occasionally on public holidays.
• Strong communication and written skills with proactive process-improvement mindset.
• Collaborative team player with commitment to EHS excellence.

Requirements

• Registered WSHO with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with prior experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects.
• Good knowledge of EHS management systems and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and bizSAFE.
• Willing to work night shifts and occasionally on public holidays.
• Strong communication and written skills, with initiative and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to EHS excellence.
