Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator in construction.
• Experience with LTA or building projects.
• Good knowledge of WSH-related compliance.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist the WSH Officer in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in the Construction/ factory environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations.
• Ensure the implementation of the Company workplace safety management system and enforce it with the WSH Supervisors on site.
• Accountable for investigating, analysing, and determining the cause of any incident, accident, or dangerous occurrence during the work process and recommending means of preventing recurrence
• To prepare the necessary safety report as requested
• To check and report to the Company on time for any safety infringement and incident/accident

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Experience with LTA or building projects
• Good knowledge of the WSH Act and other WSH-related compliance
• Professional Certification and/ or Advanced certification in WSH
