Job description

This position provides facility and workplace related matters for Satair in Singapore ensuring all health, safety and sustainability related requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Facilities Management within Facility Environment (security, cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, landscape), Building and Mechanical / Electrical maintenance.

  • Manage a team of contractors for day to day maintenance and functional operations of assigned building.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of assigned equipment and building to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure that contractors perform their services per agreed KPIs.
  • Manage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properly.
  • Recommend, provide justification for, and follow-through the variation of work orders within delegated authority.
  • Foster good relations between own teams, tenants and building owners.
  • Work in accordance with Airbus Group in ensuring compliance to site security policies and practices, including control of access badge and CCTV.
  • Being the focal point for breakdowns or repairable of assigned equipment and building.
  • Prepare and present weekly service/maintenance and monthly management reports.

Space Management

  • Planning and reviewing utilization of facilities space in an optimal manner for efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering or facility management field
  • Knowledge in Facility management, preferably familiar with with local WSH regulations
  • Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences
  • Timely action taking with high quality results, problem solving and priority setting.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders diplomatically
