What You’ll Do
  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, issue visitor and parking passes, follow security protocols, and escort visitors to the proper location.
  • Answer the telephone professionally and create presentations and speak to various‑sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed; address issues with vendors or staff.
  • Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers in a professional customer‑service‑driven manner.
  • Oversee support for the team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
  • Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
  • Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Deliver new‑hire orientation, training, and coaching; create presentations and speak to various‑sized groups.
  • Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
  • Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum diploma in any field with 3–4 years of job‑related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
