A leading healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Community Ambassador to enhance the workplace experience. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm environment, engage stakeholders effectively, manage logistical requirements, and support event organization, contributing to a service-driven culture.
The Role: To provide a warm welcome to all colleagues and stakeholders to the HQ and provide orientation of the workspace and other offerings. The Community Ambassador provides key contact points to ease stakeholders into the environment by assisting with related queries and assisting to organize social events for all.
We envision the individual to:
Ensure the workplace provides a welcoming experience which assimilates and induct all stakeholders to the workplace. To provide concierge and technology introduction services to users.
Collate user feedback, lead and track service defects follow-up
Review survey results to maintain or improve the quality of service provision from the Workplace Community Team
Train newcomers to the Community Team (Ambassadors) on operating procedures. Review and generate workplace guides and procedures as required
Manage reception and ensure all residents to the workplace undergo office site orientation to colleagues and visitors
Oversee and ensure that logistic requirements for meeting organizers are prepared. Provide assistance and guidance to ambassadors for liaison and follow-up- for setup of space for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or events
Administrate resource booking, space utilization, video conferencing and other systems required at the workplace
Manage and monitor the Work Order System to ensure that the team rectifies defects and address feedback within reasonable time frame.
Create collaterals and execution plan for events
Generate content and communicate periodic updates to the Community via platforms
Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies such as stationery, printing supplies and other consumables and raise the required procedures for approval to procure
Review Food and Beverage offerings at the Workplace and vendor list and/or supplies if required.
Assists the Assistant Manager/Community Manager in any other adhoc tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
At least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality in Business
Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a multinational service-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement
Able to respond and resolve issues at hand
Proactive approach in service provision
Well-groomed and confident
