Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
  • Collaborating with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals.
  • Ensuring all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Resolving problems in the production process.
  • Designing and maintaining operational guides to ensure consistency.
  • Delivering reports to management and boards to provide insights into organizational efficiency.
  • Working with management to set departmental and organizational goals.
Social Support & Welfare Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing welfare plans for employees facing stress, injury, or adjustment issues.
  • Providing informal check-ins and emotional support on-site.
  • Referring staff to external mental health professionals or community support services when appropriate.
  • Assisting new staff with onboarding and educating them about support resources.
  • Monitoring and documenting wellness cases in line with confidentiality protocols.
  • Facilitating communication between workers and HR/support staff regarding mental health and wellness.
Manpower Coordination & Administrative Duties
  • Scheduling daily manpower deployment and monitoring attendance and productivity.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure workflow alignment.
Requirements
