Job summary

PwC South Africa is seeking bright and enthusiastic interns for the Year End internship from December 2026 to February 2027. Interns will work with the Workforce Transformation team to gain exposure to People & Organisation Consulting engagements.

Responsibilities include supporting HR Transformation initiatives, assisting in Change Management efforts, and collaborating on workplace strategy projects. Ideal candidates are penultimate-year students in Psychology, Business, Economics, or Human Resources with a strong academic track record.
