About the Team

We, the PwC SEAC Workforce Transformation team, help clients transform their organisations and HR departments to bring a positive change in the workforce and workplace, thus preparing them for the future using experience and digital channels.

Working within a high performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People & Organisation projects in the field of HR Transformation and Operating Model Design, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics.

We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2025.

About The Role

  • You will be working as a member of a dynamic, highly collaborative & focused team to co-create and deliver innovative and immersive programs for clients to address their workforce transformation challenges such as:
    • Helping them transform their ways of working
    • Designing and implementing career pathways and new modes of learning to optimise people’s potential
    • Configuring jobs and roles of the future to drive the exponential growth and change ambitions of organisations
    • Developing workforce strategies to prepare and transition employees for organisation transformation
    • Design organisations and roles and responsibilities to enable organisations to meet future needs
    • Develop leaders and leadership teams to be able to lead and support their organisation’s transformation journeys
  • You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales processes by developing proposals, market propositions etc
  • You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate
  • You will contribute to overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice

About You

  • Final year of your Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Economics or related discipline student from a reputable local university
  • Good subject matter understanding and interest in a range of workforce-related capabilities including
    • An understanding of the HR function and it’s operating model
    • Impact to the workforce as a result of business, organisational and operational change
    • Enablement of future state with a technology enabled lens (e.g.: including implications of AI / GenAI on the future workforce requirements)
    • Change management approach, culture strategy, leadership and communications
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability to take initiative, leverage a design thinking approach, be detail oriented and have the ability to think creatively
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused, and results oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrable passion for HR and organisation development is a must
  • Excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment
