As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solve complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue-free releases to both internal and external customers. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.

Join our dynamic team as a Workforce Development Engineer in the Technology & Products (TPG) organization, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the TPG NAND, Advanced Packaging, and HBM functions in Singapore while shaping the future of TPG technical training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management, engineering, and manufacturing team members to develop and facilitate technical training courses and supporting resources.
  • Work with department leaders to identify technical training requirements to keep pace with the needs of the global TPG organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyses to support both short-term and long-term technical training requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of technical training courses and work with department personnel to evaluate and improve existing training.
  • Collaborate with team members across the global manufacturing organization to cross-train and transfer training materials for use at other sites. Limited travel may be involved.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 5 years semiconductor experience in NAND fabrication process, HBM, or packaging.
  • Experience in 3D modeling, course development, and instruction are a plus.
  • Skills in course design and development, and have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
