About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead two key initiatives:

• Redesigning and optimising our Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for enhanced financia planning and analysis
• Developing and implementing Tableau-based business intelligence solutions

This dual-focused role requires expertise in both Workday Adaptive Planning and BI development to support our Finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities in solution design, configuration, and technical implementation.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning implementations
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
• Advanced knowledge of Adaptive Planning features (sheet building, modelling, reporting)
• Experience in managing integration between Workday and other systems
• Demonstrated success in implementing Tableau solutions

Experience working with cloud-based ETL tools

Adaptive Planning Expertise:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adaptive Planning configuration and development
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies
• Experience with financial data modelling and analysis
• Understanding of financial systems architecture

BI Development Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau dashboard development
• SQL and database knowledge
• Python programming for automation
• Experience with ETL processes
• Data modelling and analysis capabilities

Business Analysis Skills:

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation abilities
• Process mapping and analysis capabilities
• Stakeholder management experience
• Project management skills
• Experience in financial services processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong ommunicator who can translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solver with both analytical and technical mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
