Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and elevate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management.

  • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations.

  • Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance.

  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience.

  • Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases.

  • Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and navigating various immigration programs or similar HR operations.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and managing large datasets.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure.

  • Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to tracking cases, deadlines, and documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems to support efficiency.

  • Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and support process improvements where needed.

  • Vendor management experience is highly preferred, including large-scale and regional engagement.
