Job description

  • Fully working from home (In Singapore ONLY)

  • 3 months contract (renewable based on work performance and business needs)

  • Salary (Training): $14/hr (105hours, 3 weeks)

  • Salary (Basic): $14/hr (160hours and above)

  • Working from Home allowance: $5/hr

  • 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday

  • 8 hours shift between 9pm – 9am (based on roster, 40 hours per week)

  • Internet requirments: Stable Home Wifi (cable modem, DSL, firbre optics)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an over-the-phone interpreter, facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers.

  • Handle calls covering a variety of topics, ranging from simple to complex, and addressing both technical and non-technical subjects across industries like healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.

  • Deliver real-time language translation services during customer interactions.

  • Ensure clear, accurate, and effective communication between customers and call center representatives.

  • Assist non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and resolving their queries or concerns.
