RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Windows Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and run robust Windows environments.

You will translate business needs into scalable Windows solutions, provision virtual machines, manage AD and security, and support architecture reviews and production readiness. The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, AI-assisted scripting, and proactive troubleshooting across application and infrastructure teams, ensuring high availability and secure

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server engineering and Active Directory troubleshooting.
Expertise in Windows authentication, authorization and AD Sites and Services.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for admin tasks.
Experience applying AI tools to infrastructure operations, including scripting and anomaly detection.
Knowledge of high-availability configurations and security governance.
Ability to work with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage Windows infrastructure to meet availability, continuity, security and capacity requirements.
Translate business requirements into Windows infrastructure solutions.
Provision, configure and maintain Windows virtual machines and supporting services.
Support architecture reviews, implementation planning, testing and operational readiness.
Perform capacity planning, lifecycle management, maintenance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Act as the primary Windows infrastructure technical contact for new initiatives.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure teams and service providers to resolve issues and support production operations.
Drive automation and day-to-day task efficiencies through AI-assisted scripting and runbooks.
Develop, test and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation runbooks for administration and operations.
Automate provisioning, AD administration, health checks, log collection, troubleshooting and remediation.
Ensure automation is validated, logged, secure and rollback-ready.
Maintain automation scripts and artefacts with version control and change management.
Identify opportunities where AI/automation improves reliability and efficiency.
