• Develop and implement sales strategies for the TCM and health supplement wholesale market.
• Identify, build, and manage relationships with TCM clinics, wellness centres, health retailers, pharmacies, and other B2B channels.
• Manage pricing, margins, and promotional planning for wholesale clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, ensuring high service levels and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate regular business reviews and negotiate commercial terms.
• Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and report KPIs to senior management.
• Forecast demand, manage inventory needs for wholesale accounts, and reduce stockouts or overages.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or TCM-related fields.
