Scope of work (Primary)
A. Website Revamp
I. Content Audit
• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing website content such as doctors’ profiles, health resources, programme and division writeups.
• Reorganise webpage content to respective current and new pages for cohesiveness.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and authors for content consolidation and copywriting and editing.
II. SEO & User Experience Optimisation
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility.

B. Collaterals Review and Digitalization
I. To work with key stakeholders in the Department of O&G and Department of Paediatrics to review, update content and align to the new harmonised collateral template.
II. To convert content to digital versions for website.

Scope of work (Secondary)
• Support the department in content creation for social media – e.g reels, static posts.

Key Requirements:

• Able to work for 6 months period.
• Must be comfortable in using excel file & looking at numbers.
• Must be comfortable in calling patients & organisations with outstanding payment.
