Job summary

Yummi House Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly retail sales associate to help customers select honey, bird's nest and wellness products and provide a positive shopping experience.

No prior retail experience is required as training will be provided. You should be able to work on weekends and public holidays, enjoy interacting with customers, and contribute to smooth store operations and promotions while earning commissions and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in retail sales and customer service.
• Friendly, approachable and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Maintain good product displays and ensure the retail outlet is clean and organised.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general product management.
• Support in-store promotions and other sales activities.
• Perform other retail duties as assigned.
