Job summary

APEX WELLNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly spa therapist to massage clients and administer other body treatments, ensuring an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

You will greet guests, assess needs, and create a serene experience from treatment to wrap-up, preserving discretion and comfort. You will tailor recommendations to each guest, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience with a respectful, patient attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience.
• Preferably with a relevant certification.

Responsibilities

• Massage customers and administer other body treatments.
• Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments, and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
• Knowledge of Scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina will be a plus point.
• Maintain a high level of professional customer service.
• Create an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room.
