Job summary

Muhammadiyah Association is seeking staff to supervise residents at the Muhammadiyah Welfare Home in Singapore. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and welfare of boys aged 11 to 19, managing their daily routines, and maintaining proper housekeeping.

The ideal candidate should have at least a GCE N level qualification or relevant experience, be physically fit, and able to work on shifts. This position involves working closely with at-risk youths, ensuring their well-being and proper education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents on their daily routine in the home.
• Ensure safety, welfare and confidentiality of the residents is being safeguarded at all times.
• Supervise and ensure smooth execution of residents’ daily routine and programme.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at all times.
• Perform secondary duty as and when required.
• Perform any other relevant duties as delegated by supervisor.

Residents – boys between the age of 11 to 19 years old.
