Welder (Construction Industry)/ Up to $3,200 + VB
Benefits:
Basic Salary up to $3,200 with yearly increment based on performance.
6 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm)

Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Welder (Construction Industry) located in Ubi Ave. Our clients are in the construction industry. The key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately carry out welding tasks. The role involves welding components manually or with semi-automatic equipment in various positions such as vertical, horizontal, or overhead. It also includes operating angle grinders to prepare parts for welding, aligning components with tools like calipers and clamps, and tack-welding them in place. The individual must inspect welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, and strictly follow safety procedures. Collaboration with construction teams, engineers, and other tradespeople on-site is essential, along with keeping accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder in the construction or heavy industry sector.
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to wear protective clothing (goggles, gloves, etc.).
Certification in welding from a recognized institution
