Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Familiar with MIG/TIG/Stick welding and related tools.
• Ensure proper use of welding equipment, materials, and consumables according to specifications.
• Maintain records of welder qualifications, weld logs, and inspection reports.
• Supervise welding activities at site or workshop to ensure compliance with WPS and drawings.
• Monitor welder performance and workmanship to meet quality and safety standards.
• Enforce safety procedures, especially hot work and confined spaces.
• Support training and qualification of welders to industry standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and manpower to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• 1.Able to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication standards, and welding procedures.
• 2.Familiar with common tools: MIG/TIG/Stick welding, grinder, gas cutter, plasma cutter, slip roller & etc.
• 3.Ensure proper use of welding equipment, materials, and consumables according to specifications.
• 4.Maintain accurate records of welder qualifications, weld logs, and inspection reports.
• 5.Supervise and coordinate welding activities at site or workshop to ensure compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and project drawings
• 6.Monitor welder performance and workmanship to meet quality and safety standards.
• 7.Enforce workplace safety procedures, especially related to hot work and confined spaces.
• 8.Support training and qualification of welders in line with company and industry standards.
• 9.Plan daily work schedules and manpower assignments to meet production targets.
