You will translate emerging threats into practical defense strategies, collaborate with AI-enabled tools, and help automate detection rules with engineering and strategy partners. This role emphasizes thorough documentation and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-related fields.
• Ability to deconstruct complicated scams or exploits into clear, logical steps.
• Strong interest in AI and ability to use AI tools to scale output.
• Excellent writing and communication in a global team environment.
• Familiarity with DeFi, Wallet products, and Web3 security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Web3 security cases and extract recurring attack patterns to build SOPs.
• Identify gaps in current operation workflows and propose systematic improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with AI agents to crystallize security insights into a knowledge base and speed up decisions.
• Stay ahead of emerging fraud techniques and translate trends into actionable defense strategies.
• Work closely with engineering and strategy teams to transform manual analyses into automated detection rules.
