Location: Singapore or remote in other similar Asia time-zone areas

What You'll Do

• Design and drive Web3 product features that merge on-chain ecosystems with exchange platforms (e.g., on-chain trading, digital identity).
• Spot the latest blockchain trends-DeFi, Layer 2s, identity protocols-and turn them into actionable product ideas.
• Lead end-to-end product planning, from user research and feature scoping to execution with dev, design, and ops teams.
• Analyze user behavior and competitor products to continuously optimize on-chain product performance, UX, and security.
• Champion a user-first mindset-making complex blockchain functions intuitive, safe, and widely adopted.

What We're Looking For

• Product management experience in Web3/ Crypto space, esp., wallets, NFTs, DeFi protocols, or other on-chain products.
• Passionate about blockchain and crypto-hungry to experiment, learn, and build what's next.
• Strong strategic thinking with a bias for action-you know how to go from trend to solution, and from idea to launch.
• Collaborative operator-you work cross-functionally to get things done and inspire momentum.
• Mandarin skills-which is necessary for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Understand ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, or BSC.
• Use tools like Etherscan, Dune, or on-chain analytics platforms.
