A leading company in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to drive digital product execution and growth. The ideal candidate will oversee the product lifecycle for the company's digital storefront, manage enhancements, and support CRM system development. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in e-commerce platforms, and a deep understanding of digital workflows in B2C and B2B contexts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Execution & Digital Growth
Website & Platform Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company’s digital storefront (WordPress/WooCommerce), including product listings, UX/UI optimization, and checkout flow enhancements.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Drive product launch readiness, ensuring alignment across pricing, promotions, content, and customer segments.
Growth Experiments & Optimizations: Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to implement growth loops, run A/B tests, and continuously iterate for improved conversion and retention.
2. Technical Product Management (E-Commerce & CRM)
Platform Enhancements: Prioritize and manage backlogs for feature improvements, plugins, and integrations that support sales, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
CRM Product Development: Support internal development of a scalable CRM system that integrates B2C and B2B workflows (e.g., invoicing, business account handling, sales automation).
System Integrations: Work with developers to ensure seamless data flow between website, CRM, inventory systems, and analytics platforms.
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track platform health, conversion funnels, and customer journeys using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or similar.
3. Market Research & Product Insights
User & Market Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs across both B2C and B2B segments.
Competitive & Industry Analysis: Benchmark against competitors and identify gaps in offerings or user experience to inform roadmap decisions.
Data-Driven Roadmapping: Use customer feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to shape product enhancements and growth priorities.
4. Cross-Functional Product Leadership
Stakeholder Alignment: Translate business objectives into product priorities by working closely with sales, operations, marketing, and engineering teams.
Execution Management: Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT processes with internal developers and external vendors.
Reporting & Recommendations: Deliver clear product reports, improvement suggestions, and impact analyses to the Lead Product Manager and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in product management, e-commerce platforms, or digital product development roles.
Proven track record managing digital products or storefronts (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar).
Experience working with internal tech teams and understanding of front-end/back-end coordination.
Exposure to CRM systems or internal tool development (Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom CRM).
Understanding of both B2C and B2B digital workflows is preferred.
Skills:
Product Management: Strong in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communication.
Technical Acumen: Familiar with REST APIs, third-party plugins, CMS logic, and basic debugging or QA testing.
Analytics & Optimization: Skilled in using GA4, Data Studio, and A/B testing tools to drive conversion and retention improvements.
System Thinking: Able to identify gaps across systems (e.g., website, CRM, inventory) and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
Project Execution: Comfortable with Agile methodologies, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional delivery.
