This is a 12-months contract role, we are looking for candidates with experience managing website performances, fine-tuning SEO/SEM strategies and troubleshoot the technical aspects of webpages. The ideal candidate has a mix of web skills including strategy, analytics, development, and UX.
Responsibilities:
- Support and drive all APAC web related conversations across the region encompassing web strategy, creative & content, personalization, governance and analytics.
- Lead creative teams in region strategy and drive effective agency management to support all personalization, local content curation asks, and content production needs.
- Set up a web governance publishing model, in accordance to the central web team, and drives governance best practices across APAC countries.
- Partner closely with content strategists to ensure the right content is shown for the right target audiences.
- Understand web analytics and provide deep insights on web performance.
- Participate in integrated campaign planning and support with web insights & optimizations for campaign websites.
- Project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Participate in personalization strategy and support web testing & learning agenda.
- Have an understanding of Search and be able to independently identify current gaps in SEO and SEM strategy.
- Experience being a strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences
- Experience with communicating web strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including non-technical audiences
- Represent APAC marketing and digital team feedback in global meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, content management system, and HTML/CSS/Java .
- Experience using ads management business products in the market.
- Experience with back-end web programming languages like PHP.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
