The role involves collaborating with UI/UX and backend teams, delivering robust solutions, and documenting progress for ongoing maintenance. Experience with React, Laravel, and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Proficient in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP frameworks, databases and Git/SVN.
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) deployment and scalability know-how.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable software and work with UI/UX teams.

Develop and maintain web applications and services to support business goals. Collaborate with teams to define requirements, ensure quality, and stay current with web development trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to achieve business and operational objectives while ensuring high performance and code quality
• Collaborate with team lead and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and meet deadlines and goals
• Work closely with UI/UX team members to ensure design consistency across applications
• Document product features and project progress to support knowledge sharing and maintenance
• Continuously research and apply emerging web development trends and technologies to improve solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate at least 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience using React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP frameworks, databases, and version control tools such as Git or SVN
• Apply fundamental knowledge of software development lifecycles and UI/UX best practices to deliver effective solutions
• Utilize understanding of Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) to support application deployment and scalability
• Collaborate effectively with team members and users to meet project deadlines
• Independently debug and resolve software issues, showing interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and research to solve complex business problems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with system testing and automated testing frameworks is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience in a related field
