Job summary

Prudential Singapore is seeking a Wealth Solutions Consultant to help clients protect and grow their wealth with a flexible hybrid work setup and uncapped commissions. No strict experience required; a polytechnic diploma is acceptable and training is provided.

You will acquire new clients via multiple platforms, build lasting relationships, and have opportunities to advance to team leader or specialize in corporate insurance or investments. Incentives and growth are part of the plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a locally recognised polytechnic minimum or the equivalent of overseas.
• No prior experience required; insurance/sales experience a bonus.
• Flexible hybrid schedule with uncapped commissions/bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through platforms and meet monthly KPIs.
• Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Recruit and advance to team leader rank or specialise in corporate insurance/investments.
