The role combines client advisory, business development and team-building responsibilities within a self-employed arrangement. You will build and manage a client portfolio, deliver needs analyses, recommend suitable products, support professional development of new advisers, and contribute to strategic recruitment and

Qualifications

• Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, or financial advisory.
• Diploma or higher education or equivalent qualification required; local/polytechnic acceptable.
• CMFAS papers (RESS/MS/MBA/HUMB/MSA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct financial needs analysis based on clients' circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles.
• Recommend suitable products and fund options based on identified needs and risk profiles.
• Explain features, benefits, risks, fees, and limitations of chosen solutions clearly.
• Assist clients with fund-related transactions such as switching or premium redirection.
• Provide ongoing service and periodic reviews of clients' financial needs and coverage.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio in line with regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement business development and marketing plans.
• Identify and refer prospective candidates through approved recruitment channels.
• Support the supervisor with administrative and management activities.
• Contribute to the organisation's objectives via client service and development activities.
