Your new role
Our client is a well-renowned bank in Singapore with a wide range of customers. Due to continued success, they are looking for Relationship Managers at various levels. Their growth strategies in 2024, combined with their strong brand in the market, mark them as an employer of choice and an ideal platform to start your career in banking.

With extensive growth planned this year, these key roles will have you at the forefront of the customer base. This brings high-profile visibility as well as a fast track in moving up the banking career ladder. The products include traditional bank deposits, housing loans, investments and insurance.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and work with clients to develop solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and personalised advisory services
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Provide regular reports to senior management on client activity and performance
• Offer a comprehensive suite of innovative banking services and financial solutions to wide-ranging individuals
• Help customers make informed decisions about their money to achieve their financial goals

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strive to have a problem-solving approach. You will need to be self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive. This role will suit either a diploma or degree holder with a passion for the banking and financial industry.
