Job summary

Just Recruit Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Bank Branch Sales Associate to engage customers at our bank branches, identify new opportunities, and cross-sell banking and wealth management products.

You will build relationships, analyze needs, and drive applications and onboarding while meeting sales targets. In this role, you will work at branch locations in Singapore, with weekends included based on branch hours, and complete CMFAS examinations after joining.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales, customer engagement and target-driven environments.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends, based on branch operating hours.
• Required to complete the CMFAS examinations after joining.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at bank branches to understand their financial needs and lifestyle requirements.

• Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions comply with company's policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
