JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve retail clients, offering them recommendations on different personal banking and financial products and services based on their needs

Engage consumers through tele-appointments, outreach initiatives, and branch banking customer engagement

Offer customers assistance on financial planning and guide them in the orientation of appropriate bank-offered financial products to assist them in achieving their financial objectives

To follow the laws and regulations when conducting businesses and to have a solid awareness of the banking regulations

Deliver services in a professional manner and in accordance with the Bank's service values

Obtain the company's balanced scorecard

Ability to carry out assigned duties given by the branch in charge

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience (Diploma must be Full-time)

Sales driven, target and result oriented

Has strong interest for banking and wealth management

Excellent customer focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
