Wealth Planner


Job Overview

The Wealth Planner plays a key role in providing trust advisory services and managing family office accounts. This position is responsible for structured account conversions, ongoing account administration, and risk management to ensure client objectives are met while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Advisory (50%)

Analyze client circumstances, financial objectives, and unique needs to recommend appropriate wealth structures.

Develop and implement tailored trust and estate planning solutions aligned with client goals.

Ensure accounts are managed in accordance with client objectives and evolving financial landscapes.

Stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure that account structures remain compliant and optimized.


Account Administration & Risk Management (50%)

Conduct periodic reviews of account structures and asset allocations to ensure alignment with client mandates.

Monitor and report on account performance, management, and administration.

Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for all accounts.

Assess and manage risk exposures, ensuring they align with both the bank’s risk capacity and the client’s risk tolerance.

Stay updated on capital and financial market trends, as well as government policies impacting operations.


Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of trust advisory, wealth planning, and family office structures.

Knowledge of financial regulations, estate planning, and risk management.

Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to navigate complex financial structures and regulatory landscapes.
