Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in mortgage sales, property financing, or a related client-facing role in Singapore.
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore property market, financing structures, regulatory landscape.
• Ability to collaborate with Client Advisors to integrate mortgage into wealth conversations.
